Succeed with PriDe™ Compliance Solutions is a partnership with individual consultants, consulting organizations, and legal counsel possessing a wealth of knowledge in federal feeding program regulations. Our partners can support preparation for Administrative Reviews and Procurement Reviews.

Succeed with PriDe™ Compliance Solutions offers members an assessment of compliance review findings, where appropriate, and initiation of any appeal to those findings that may be available. In addition, Succeed with PriDe™ Compliance Solutions will review any product or service solicitations and agreements within the school nutrition program to ensure that all language required by federal procurement regulations is included in those documents. They will also support Succeed with PriDe™ Procurement Solutions to assist members in knowing which procurement method may be most appropriate to their needs and building prototype procurement documents. Further, Succeed with PriDe™ Compliance Solutions is a resource for SNRG and SNRG GPO to maintain compliance in all activities and ensure that legal requirements at the state and federal level are always met. Succeed with PriDe™ Finance Solutions offers initial financial management reviews for any organization seeking to improve the financial health of their school nutrition operation. Reviews are complemented with on-going support services as may be required by recommendations and additional support needs from the initial financial management review. Succeed with PriDe™ Management Consulting Solutions
Succeed with PriDe™ Management Consulting Solutions is an on-site service that seeks to support self-operated school nutrition programs in improvement of their own operations. The goal of Succeed with PriDe™ Management Consulting Solutions is to educate and guide organizational personnel to operate a successful program by establishing standardized practices within the operation or improving upon practices already in place. This service is included FREE with membership.

Succeed with PriDe™ Menu Management Solutions
The menu drives everything! Succeed with PriDe™ Menu Management Solutions provides for the effectiveness as well as the efficiency of the school nutrition operation.

• Cycle Menu Planning. A standardized cycle menu with related recipes and ingredient/shopping lists are available to members. The data set is licensed to the member for as long as the member remains with SNRG. The cycle menu may be used without software in-house, but members are encouraged to utilize Heartland School Solutions’ Mosaic or Cybersoft’s PrimeroEdge to maximize this resource. Only cloud-based software programs are supported for SNRG’s cycle menu planning services; desktop versions are supported at the member-level only. This service is included FREE with membership.
• Recipe Development. Good standardized recipes are important to an effective and efficient school nutrition program. They encourage meal participation and cost-control. SNRG is prepared to support members with a variety of student-tested standardized recipes or can support an individual organization in standardization and testing of their own unique recipes. We will even send a chef to your school to help! This service is included FREE with membership.
• Software Maintenance. SNRG can support most any software program utilized at the member level with the member’s own data or with state-level data. There is no need to commit valuable resources on-site when SNRG is here to help! This service is included FREE with membership.
• Special Dietary Needs. Menu planning takes on a new dimension when students have special dietary needs. SNRG is equipped with a team of registered and licensed dietitians who are prepared to support ANY special dietary need a member may have. SNRG offers particular care in the support of students with diabetes or food allergy. This service is included FREE with membership.
• Vended Meal Services. Partnerships with local education agencies (LEAs), who are also federal feeding program sponsors, allow those members who need vended meal services to contract directly with a partner LEA utilizing an interagency agreement for services. This ensures that those members receiving the service do not require additional procurement for vended meal services and that the provider is prepared to meet all meal pattern requirements and compliance needs. This service is billed at a negotiated rate with the partner LEA providing the vended meals.

Succeed with PriDe™ Procurement Solutions
Procurement has really come to the forefront in recent years as the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to encourage more transparent procurement practices that maximizes free and open competition. Succeed with PriDe™ Procurement Solutions is available with a variety of procurement solutions that includes preparation for Procurement Reviews and a third-party group purchasing organization (GPO). Visit the SNRG GPO website for more details about the GPO. Moreover, SNRG is available with templates that can be used for local procurement purposes. Templates include procurement plans and related policies, procedures and forms needed for organizational code of conduct and vendor appeals. Our Large Equipment Purchasing Specialist can help write procurement documents for local procurement to ensure that large equipment purchases truly meet the needs of the local organization and provide for maximum competition among large equipment manufacturers, brokers, and distributors. Succeed with PriDe™ Staffing Solutions
Coming for SY 2019-2020!
Staffing school nutrition programs with qualified personnel is an on-going challenge. To rise to the challenge, Succeed with PriDe™ Staffing Solutions offers temporary staffing services to allow members a “pool” of employees from which to utilize on a temporary or permanent basis. All training is provided by SNRG to ensure that employees have the skills needed to work in the school nutrition environment. Employees are certified Food Handlers and many are Certified Food Managers by the National Restaurant Association.

Background checks, including Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprinting, are performed on all staff seeking employment with Succeed with PriDe™ Staffing Solutions. Members may also request background checks and/or FBI fingerprinting through SNRG for any contractors or other personnel they plan to use in school nutrition programs.

Succeed with PriDe™ Staffing Solutions are fee-based services billed at the cost of staff being utilized and background checks being performed. Please contact SNRG for a quote for services needed.

SNRG offers members group training services at the local level or access to Succeed with PriDe™ Training Solutions for new or existing employees. Succeed with PriDe™ Training Solutions are offered through Canvas by Instructure to maximize accessibility for all staff. SNRG is an accredited continuing professional education (CPE) provider of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (application pending). As such, all training is eligible for continuing education credit with the School Nutrition Association (SNA). This service is included FREE with membership.
